Company Honors

       Since the establishment, China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. has introduced three major automotive technologies from Berliet, Steyr and ISUZU, which changed the heavy industry and light industry absence situation in China’s auto industry; designed and developed more than 300 kinds of automobiles, 30 kinds of engines and 100 key components for auto companies; formulated more than 200 national and industry technical standards, completed more than 1,000 studies on research projects, and won 61 first prizes and second prizes in national, provincial and ministerial and industrial level.

       Grasp such core technologies as gas engine and vehicle matching calibration relying on the National NGV Engineering Research Center of CAERI, vigorously guide and support the development of NGV in China. Achieve important innovation outcomes in automobile NVH performance positive development system, low-noise design technology in muffler, vehicle body and other complex structures, lightweight material application technology and crash safety design technology of vehicle structure by relying on the State Key Laboratory of Vehicle NVH and Safety Center of CAERI and Chongqing Chang’an Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The key components of monorail train bogie developed by CAERI have broken foreign monopoly and been applied in the light rail in Chongqing; its 48” durability dynamometer and automatic robot driver make up the domestic field, and have been produced and applied in batches.
